1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player" or "you") and ez77 ("the platform", "we", or "us"). They govern all use of the ez77 website, mobile application, and any related services.

By completing the registration process, logging into an existing account, or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete registration.

These Terms apply alongside any other platform policies published on ez77, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines. In the event of a conflict, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2 Eligibility

To open and use an ez77 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of or are currently located in the Philippines.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as a proxy player.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an ez77 employee.
• You have not previously had an ez77 account suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.
• You are opening the account voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes.

ez77 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and the freezing of any balance pending review.

3 Account Registration and KYC

Each player may hold only one account on ez77. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different contact details — is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine contact number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

Before withdrawals are enabled, you must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's licence, or equivalent document. Verification is conducted to comply with anti-money laundering requirements and to confirm that the account belongs to a real, eligible person.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your password and OTP codes — confidential. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately and change your password.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits to your ez77 account must be made in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The platform does not accept foreign currencies and does not provide currency conversion services.

Accepted payment methods include Philippine online banking, mobile banking transfers, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Specific availability of payment channels may vary and is subject to change. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on ez77.

All funds deposited must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from a third party, is prohibited. ez77 reserves the right to return funds to the original payment source if ownership cannot be verified.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by ez77 at any time with or without advance notice.

Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment channel used. ez77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. Payouts are made in Philippine Peso only.

Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be held pending verification.

Each withdrawal request requires OTP confirmation sent to your registered mobile number. This step cannot be bypassed and is in place to protect your funds.

• Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed at the time of the request.
• Processing times vary by payment channel. Bank transfers may take longer than e-wallet payouts.
• Requests submitted outside of processing hours may be queued for the next available window.
• ez77 may request additional documentation before releasing large withdrawal amounts.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ez77 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market. These rules are displayed within each betting section and form part of your agreement when placing a bet.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless the specific event rules explicitly allow it. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selections before confirming any wager.

• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or declared void will be refunded to your account balance.
• Bets placed after an event has started (live betting) are subject to the in-play rules applicable to that market.
• In the event of a technical error that affects odds or bet processing, ez77 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and per event, as shown at the time of placement.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance once the event result is officially confirmed.

Sports coverage on ez77 includes Basketball (PBA, NBA), boxing, volleyball, football, and esports, among other international events. Market availability may change based on scheduling and operational factors.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

ez77 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, or other incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, including any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and validity periods.

Promotional terms are published alongside each specific offer when it is made available. It is your responsibility to read and understand the conditions before participating. General descriptions of bonus features on this page are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a specific offer.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account to which they are credited.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, multiple accounts, or other abusive methods will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ez77 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund an account.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated betting tools without explicit permission.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or other competitive game formats.
• Using the platform for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any purpose other than personal entertainment.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward other players or platform staff.
• Attempting to bypass account verification, security measures, or withdrawal confirmation processes.

ez77 uses automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged, you may be asked to provide additional documentation or explanation. Cooperating with these requests is a condition of continued use.

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Changes to These Terms
